HENDERSON, NV — December 12, 2025 – The Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), the trade association dedicated to strengthening the MLS as the foundation of an accessible, efficient, and transparent marketplace, is proud to announce its 2026 Board of Directors. This group of respected industry leaders brings a deep commitment to MLS advancement and a shared purpose of guiding the future of the organized marketplace.

The 2026 Board will continue building on a legacy of leadership and innovation, with a strategic focus on policy, collaboration, and creating frameworks that empower MLSs to evolve with confidence.

Shayne Fairley and Jerry Legrand were newly elected to serve four-year terms on the CMLS Board of Directors. Art Carter was appointed to fill a vacancy and complete the remaining term. Additionally, Brad Bjelke, Jeff Bosch, Shelley Specchio, and Rob Wagoner were re-elected to serve new four-year terms. CMLS directors are elected by the general membership. The sitting board of directors elects officers.

With the support of this Board, CMLS will continue to lead with clarity and confidence—developing resources, frameworks, and advocacy that help MLSs serve their markets and deliver lasting value to consumers and real estate professionals alike.
