Earlier this month, Inman released their annual list of industry Power Players for 2025, identifying nearly 150 individuals recognized for charting a course toward a brighter tomorrow for the real estate community. CMLS leaders and members made up a significant number of those recognized, comprising more than one-third of all honorees.
CMLS CEO Denee Evans, who is named among the Power Player honorees, said:
“Through these important recognitions, Inman and others are shining a well-deserved spotlight on CMLS members who are at the vanguard of innovation and progress. I couldn’t be more proud of what we have achieved already or more inspired by what we’re working towards.”
Concurrent with the Power Players list, Inman also released its MLS Reinvented Awards honoring those who embrace cutting-edge technologies, redefine industry standards, and propel the MLS into a new era of efficiency and effectiveness. This award underscores the significance of forward-thinking leaders who are instrumental in enhancing the real estate ecosystem. Again CMLS leaders and members dominated the list as the majority of recognized honorees.
Among those honored included Denee Evans, CMLS CEO, and CMLS Chair John DiMichele, CMLS Chair and CEO of TRREB and PropTx Innovations Inc., as well as the following CMLS Board members:
