Advancing the Value of MLS
Continue executing the “Champions of MLS” campaign in which we strive to educate and inform regulatory and government agencies as well as the public on the pro-competitive and pro-consumer practices of MLSs through white papers, economic studies, and public messaging. We will establish success metrics for all value of MLS campaigns; Making the Market Work®, In The Know® and Champions of MLS.
Elevate the CMLS Membership
Strategically build CMLS Membership with a focus on excellence so that all members represent the highest standards espoused by the industry. We will do so by continuing to establish best practices and a framework as the standard of excellence necessary for CMLS members. We will continue to create meaningful member engagement and leadership opportunities.
MLS Best Practices and Policy
Focus on the development of a Best Practices framework to set the standard of excellence for MLSs that create a transparent marketplace for the benefit of the consumer while ensuring the data is delivered accurately and timely. We will continue to create and influence MLS policy as needed and work to build an internal process to support effective development of Best Practices and MLS policy that is inclusive of industry stakeholders.
